Ushers give the first impression of the church to visitors. The primary responsibility of an usher is to greet churchgoers as they arrive at the church and again at the worship service. They also escort guests to their seats, if assistance is needed. Bulletins are usually handed out by ushers at the doors of the church sanctuary.

Missionaries often dedicate their entire lives traveling the globe or their local communities in response to those in need. Their sole purpose is to spread the word of God and provide those basic needs to people who have nothing. They get paid very little in money, but find plenty of rewards through their service to God and the people that they have helped.

Participating in divine worship services as a choir member is a sacred responsibility, not to be taken lightly. Choir members, as other church musicians, offer their God-given talents to the church for a variety of reasons. For most, it is a part of their stewardship – the giving of their “time and talents.” For others, it is something that is enjoyed and for still others, it is a social outlet.

So what exactly is Bible study? Bible study is simply the analysis of the Bible. The type of analysis really depends on the reader and his/her purpose for studying the Bible. A reader may choose the Bible as a resource, because it is a book with a variety of genres and purposes. It is also one of the most read books in history.

In Family Ministry, families are invited to glorify God through a time of communal prayer and worship. Family Ministry also includes small group time that creates a place for families to grow spiritually through Biblical learning and caring relationships.
